Overview

A data-driven SaaS platform for internal teams.

Veridata Insights is a self-initiated project built to show how complex research and marketing workflows can become lighter, clearer, and more scalable through a modular dashboard experience.

The platform brings campaign tracking, performance analysis, workflow management, and report generation into one ecosystem so teams can move from insight to action without jumping across tools.

Challenge

Research and marketing teams often work across too many disconnected systems.

Large teams juggle spreadsheets, status documents, campaign dashboards, feedback threads, and reporting tools. That makes it hard to keep track of campaign progress, client feedback, team deliverables, and performance metrics.

Reduce context switching

Create one dashboard where insights, reporting, and project management can live side by side.

Make data easier to act on

Visualize campaign performance and survey data clearly enough for quick decisions.

Support collaboration

Help teams track ownership, deadlines, approvals, and project progress.

Generate client-ready reports

Give teams a structured report builder with real metrics and review-ready output.

My Role

I handled the end-to-end design process from systems thinking to high-fidelity UI.

  • Built the design system for consistent layout, states, and visual hierarchy.
  • Designed the Insights Dashboard for campaign performance and survey metrics.
  • Created a Workflow Manager for team tasks, deadlines, approvals, and accountability.
  • Built a Report Builder using real data patterns and client-ready report structures.

Core Modules

Four connected surfaces for data-heavy team workflows.

Veridata Insights dashboard screen
Insights Dashboard. A high-level overview with filterable KPIs, campaign activity, satisfaction scores, reach trends, and quick launch cards.
Veridata workflow manager screen
Workflow Manager. A project tracking surface for research coordinators, QA leads, and PMs, with status chips, due dates, leads, and progress indicators.
Veridata report builder screen
Reports Builder. An interactive workspace for building, editing, and submitting client-facing reports with real survey and conversion metrics.
Veridata design system screen
Design System. A modular foundation with type hierarchy, reusable components, sidebar navigation, status states, and a 12-column layout grid.

Design Decisions

Keeping a complex product lightweight but powerful.

Insights Dashboard

I designed the dashboard to give managers a fast snapshot of what is working and what needs attention, using active campaigns, conversion rate, sentiment tracking, and weekly or monthly chart views.

Workflow Manager

The workflow surface supports quick actions like creating reports, uploading files, and assigning tasks. Status chips such as "In Progress", "Completed", and "Pending Approval" help teams scan work quickly.

Reports Builder

The report builder includes drag-and-drop sections, real survey and conversion metrics, auto-generated summaries, and form-based submission for report review.

Design System

The system uses consistent type hierarchy, reusable components, light UI color rules, clear status indicators, and a 12-column grid to keep every module visually aligned.

Mockups

Showing the product as a real workspace.

The final mockups present Veridata as a dashboard ecosystem that could support cross-functional research, marketing, and reporting teams.

Conclusion

This project sharpened how I design real-world tools, not just pretty screens.

Veridata shows how I think about product ecosystems, detailed content, and interfaces that can feel lightweight while still supporting complex team workflows.

Even internal tools deserve intuitive, beautiful design.
