Overview
Veridata Insights is a centralized internal dashboard designed to help enterprise research and marketing teams manage campaigns, analyze performance, and generate reports — all in one place. I designed this self-initiated project to showcase my ability to build scalable, efficient UI for complex data workflows.
Challenge
Large marketing and research teams often juggle multiple tools and spreadsheets, making it hard to keep track of:
Campaign progress
Client feedback
Team deliverables
Performance metrics
I wanted to design a clean, modular dashboard where insights, reporting, and project management could live side-by-side.
Goals
- Create a dashboard that reduces context-switching
- Allow users to generate and submit client-ready reports
- Visualize campaign performance and survey data clearly
- Support team collaboration and project tracking

I handled the end-to-end design process from system thinking to high-fidelity UI.

1. Insights Dashboard
A high-level overview with filterable KPIs and quick access to campaigns, satisfaction scores, and reach trends.
Active campaigns, conversion rate, and sentiment tracking
Weekly/monthly bar and line chart visualizations
Contextual insights + quick launch cards to Reports and Workflow
Designed to give managers a snapshot of what’s working and what needs attention.
2. Workflow Manager
A clear, action-oriented dashboard for project tracking, approvals, and collaboration.
Used by: Research Coordinators, QA Leads, PMs
Quick Actions: Create new reports, upload files, assign tasks
Status chips: “In Progress”, “Completed”, “Pending Approval”
Realistic project table with names, leads, due dates, and progress indicators
Notifications and insight alerts
Designed to keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.
3. Reports Builder
An interactive workspace for building, editing, and submitting client-facing reports
Drag-and-drop section builder (e.g., Sales Overview, Campaign Performance)
Real survey and conversion data (84% satisfaction, 15.8% conversion)
Auto-generated summaries using real metrics
Form-based submission for report review
This helps teams build polished, branded reports with zero dev lift.
4. Design System
I created a modular system with:
Consistent type hierarchy (Manrope, Medium/Bold/Semibold)
Reusable components: buttons, states, sidebar navigation
Color system optimized for light UIs and status indicators
12-column layout grid to guide spacing and structure
This helped maintain visual consistency across all 3 modules.
Conclusion
This project helped me really sharpen my ability to design real-world tools not just pretty UIs.
It shows how I think about product ecosystems, how I work with detailed content, and how I can create interfaces that feel lightweight but powerful.
