Fixing Shein's order tracking experience
After struggling to track an order on the SHEIN app, I saw firsthand how confusing and incomplete the experience was. I couldn’t ignore it as a designer, so, I redesigned the journey, streamlining the process, clarifying key touchpoints, and addressing common pain points like missing or delayed deliveries. The result: a user-centered solution that makes tracking feel effortless and reassuring.
